Chief Intelligence Scientist

Jake has over 13 years of engineering experience in machine research, mobile development, and backend architecture, and holds a BS and MS in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Jack specialized in machine learning early in his career and later developed expertise in the Android operating system. Then he created Quantro on his own, a multiplayer Android game that gathered players from all over the world without any promotion. In NEWPOINT, Jake has made a lot of contributions—construction of keyboard auto-correction technology developed based on natural language processing, subtle search algorithm for complex animation logic design in animation editing interface, and construction of all editing processing channels inside NEW POINT.

Jack Pokwarin

Founded the company in a Harvard dorm room and handpicked each member of the NEW POINT team. Patrick graduated from Harvard University in 2018. As the chairman of the Harvard Entrepreneurship Forum, he has witnessed hundreds of Harvard entrepreneurs. He also serves as Chairman of Harvard University's Private Equity Group and is the founder and current Chairman of Black Diamond Capital Investors. Black Diamond Capital investors come from Harvard's well-known stock hedge fund, which is one of the best-performing funds in the United States and has more than 150 partners and alumni on Wall Street. Jack Pokwarin is responsible for the products and operations of NEW POINT. He is the author of the patents and white papers of NEW POINT and the inventor of the embedded layer of NEW POINT.

Steven is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Trust and Estate Practitioners and the Institute of Directors. A predecessor of Coopers & Lybrand and Touche Ross, he was appointed in 1989 to found and manage PwC's Gibraltar office. He founded Castle Group in 1992 and is widely regarded as an expert in international tax planning for wealthy individuals and corporations. Steven also holds a Company Manager's License from the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission in relation to the provision of directorships to experienced investor funds.

13 years of experience in game and digital media application and platform development. Developed a state-of-the-art iGaming platform (sports, betting and poker) regulated in France to manage real money gambling operators online with hundreds of games and dozens of games providing B2C payment solutions to 240k+ global users. While at Bally Technologies, the platform was used to support major gambling operators in the US (Mohegan, Stratosphere), regulated US markets (NJ) and on Carnival Cruise Lines. Lead B2C platform development. As Director of Application Development at Scientific Games, delivering solutions to Denmark's leading regulated lottery and casino operator.

Elders is responsible for Timelnc's North American sales operations, including the management of sales brands and digital sales teams; before Timelnc served as AOL's senior vice president, he led the AOL sales team to achieve double-digit growth for 3 consecutive years. Elders is also a board member of the New York Advertising Club, and in 2015 received the New York Advertising President Lifetime Award for outstanding service and performance.

Fred Santarpia

Santarpia previously served as Executive Vice President and CDO of CondeNast Entertainment (CNE). Under his leadership, the company launched and expanded 15 fully distributed digital video and OTT channels across the CondeNast brand portfolio, building a multi-million subscriber base and making digital video a core discipline for the company. Prior to joining CNE, Santarpia was Executive Vice President and General Manager at VEVO, where he served as head of all business operations. Prior to VEVO, Santarpia worked at Universal Music Group in various senior roles and at Arthur Andersen in Media Assurance.
