Shock routine
Each NP routine is set up as a series of exercises for a different body part: upper body, lower body or full body. Users can complete mnp's daily routines or community generated routines. The exercises in the routine can be blitz, HIIT (High Intensity Intersong Training), or challenges. Some examples are:
Calculate the number of repetitions for the final score Time and breaks are fixed
NP enables users to create additional income streams while doing healthy things for their bodies by incentivizing players to exercise and rewarding them with NP tokens. Even if users are out of shape compared to their peers, they are rewarded for consistency in their workouts and personal achievements. Maintaining healthy habits and staying healthy can sometimes be a challenge. NP makes it easy to exercise anytime, anywhere.
